At the meeting of CEN BT/TF 182 on 9, 10 and 11 February 2009 in Paris, the comments received after the Enquiry on prEN 15838 were discussed. Following the resolution of the comments, it was decided by unanimity to launch the formal vote on prEN 15838 Customer Contact Centres - Requirements for service provision.
